This year’s 2024 Leadership Conference will be held in beautiful Huntington Beach, Ca. We are excited to meet again another year, with the retail division leaders of PRMG from around the country. This has been a great opportunity to develop and apply their skills as leaders, as well as get inspiration from one another.

Huntington Beach is also famous for The US Open of Surfing which is the world’s largest surf competition. The event will include world-class surfing and product demos and samples from your favorite action sport industry brands. The event is free to the public with a large event footprint south of the Huntington Beach Pier. “WELCOME TO SURF CITY USA”
