PRMG is Named a USA 2022 Top Work Place by Energage LLC.!

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) is excited to announce their win for Top Workplaces USA 2022!

With multiple wins, year after year, under their belt locally and regionally, this is a new milestone for PRMG to be recognized Nationally, by Energage LLC organization.

Energage, LLC conducts regional surveys where employees are asked a series of questions that measure 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. The companies are then scored and ranked based on those survey results and feedback from their employees.

This is not just a mortgage industry award. While many mortgage companies were surveyed and included in the mix, this recognition expands to include every kind of business across the United States, including food chains, non-profits, healthcare groups and even beauty salons. An array of businesses were welcomed to throw their hats in the ring, further showcasing the impressive win this is for PRMG as a mortgage company!

In order to be considered for the National award, each company has to have placed in multiple regional categories, with PRMG scoring in five, Top Workplaces: Orlando Sentinel, Sun Sentinel, Tampa Bay Times, Inland News Group, and The Orange County Register.

PRMG was put up against the best of the best and came out a winner. The contest was broken down into 4 sub-categories based on company size, 150-499, 500-999, 1000-2499, and 2500+. Only 80 companies made the cut in the 2500+ category, and PRMG REIGNED IN AT #6!
