Three PRMG originators ranked in the second annual, Scotsman Guide’s 2023 Top Emerging Stars.

This ranking recognizes the standout originators in the industry under the age of 40. In Scotsman Guide’s first publication of this award only 100 originators were ranked, but this years’ ranking features more than tripled, with 372 top producing originators under 40 who did at least $40 million in business in 2022.

Due to the current residential market and economy, Gen Z and Millennials feel it is nearly impossible to save with the intention of purchasing a home. This award highlights the growth in a market of homebuyers who have lost their confidence in their home buying ability. These Top Emerging Stars are putting a large emphasis on rebuilding that confidence and getting Millennials into homes.
