PRMG Opens Newest Retail Branch in Baton Rouge, LA!

California-based mortgage lender, PRMG (Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc.) continues to grow and expand their national footprint into 2023 with the addition of their newest branch location in Baton Rouge, LA.

The Baton Rouge branch location at 5800 One Perkins Place Dr., #10A is headed up by Branch Manager, Ed Roberts, and new Branch Sales Manager, McGehee Woolf. Nicknamed “The Loan Surgeon” by his loyal referral partners.

McGehee closed a loan last year for a grandmother who had never owned a home before. According to McGehee, the woman wept uncontrollably at the closing table and said, “No one would ever help me figure out how to get a mortgage so I could have a home of my own.” On three occasions, McGehee enlisted the help of his US Congressman to secure documentation within the Immigration, FEMA and US Treasury departments to get his clients into a home. “We go the extra mile to make homeownership a reality” said, McGehee
