My experience with Mr. Russell and PMRG was positive. As a first time homebuyer him and the staff were available and took the time to clarify any questions I had during the process. I’m inquisitive and he was helpful at helping me learn the factors of the loan process especially helping me learn about the amortization schedule. The staff was professional, empathetic, and supportive. He didn’t have to but Mr Russell also took the time out of his schedule to meet me briefly during closing day. I appreciate him and the team.
