You know what's really nice? When you call around to several different mortgage loan brokers in the area and Sean is The only who but only answered but also followed up the next day with an answer to my question from an underwriter! As an entrepreneur I appreciate that. I'm still pretty early in the process and as a self-employed person applying for a mortgage is a daunting and frustrating process.
