THE REAL ESTATE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM MIKE MERRIAM!

In 2023 PRMG introduced its Real Estate Partnership Program, which combines the talents of a real estate owner with PRMG’s exceptional ability to close loans. This program combines support and technology wrapped in a highly compliant partnership model.

With 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Mike Merriam has worn many hats, from loan originator, branch manager, area manager, to coach. In more recent years, he’s coached well over 2,000 loan officers, managers, and executives on the enterprise and individual level. He’s built multiple coaching programs in the personal development space, as well as developed precise frameworks for time management, lead generation, loan process, growth/team building, and mindset.

As VP of the Real Estate Partnership Program, he’ll be supporting Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, and Buyer/Borrowers by utilizing newly permitted partnerships for “dual role” professionals to operate compliantly – creating a single source to close real estate transactions. Agents will be able to gain more control of the buyer/borrower experience from the genesis of the relationship through post-closing and Loan Officers will bring the source of referral business in-house to strengthen the partnership and increase conversion.
