Daryl Meddings has filled multiple roles and held many different positions in his more than thirty year career in the Mortgage Industry. As a co-founder and Executive Vice President of a prominent Orange County Mortgage Banker, he was instrumental in leading the company from inception to nearly $1.5 billion in annual funded volume. More recently, as a Market Leader at Movement Mortgage, he played a key role in growing the Orange County market into the largest market in the West Coast Division in just 2 ½ years; funding nearly $300 million in 2016.

He strongly believes what has enabled his teams to successfully grow and succeed is his commitment to servant leadership; placing the needs of the other individuals and the team above his own.
