PRMG Opens their Newest Southern California Retail Branch in Temecula!

California-based mortgage lender, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG), is expanding its West Coast region by opening their new retail location at 41743 Enterprise Circle North, Suite B204, Temecula, CA 92590.

The newest location will be managed by, Branch Manager, Erika Maldonado, who has 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to PRMG she has worked for companies such as Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group, New American Funding, and Home Owners Financial Group.

From 2018-2020 she was honored as a NAHREP Top 250 Loan Originator; this is Hispanic Real Estate’s most prestigious award. NAHREP is an association that seeks to celebrate and acknowledge Latino agents across the country who are creating homeownership opportunities for Latino families and communities.

Erika Maldonado will report directly to, Regional Manager, Stan Bergum and will have the full support of PRMG SVP, Director of National Retail Production, Chris Sorensen.
