PRMG Takes Home 1st Place in the 2021 Top Work Places Rankings for the Inland Empire!

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) has been named by the Inland News Group, a four-time consecutive winner of the Top Workplaces award for the year of 2021!

In an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, LLC the employees were asked a series of questions that measured 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. The survey was open to any and all businesses within the Inland Empire. This year’s participants ranged from school districts to healthcare groups, real estate companies, nonprofits, and food chains. Although different industries, they all shared one common value, an encouraging work environment for their employees.

There were more than 150 participants overall broken down into sub-categories based on company size, Top Large, Top Midsize, and Top Small. Only 33 companies made this year’s list, including PRMG who took home 3rd place last year, and has now jumped to 1st place in the ‘Midsize’ category for 2021.

When employees love where they work, it shows in the quality of work they produce and how willing they are to go the extra mile. Being recognized as a Top Workplace because of the great feedback received from employees speaks directly to why PRMG continues to excel and grow in the mortgage space.
