As a 2nd generation real estate agent and part owner of a family-owned brokerage, I have a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. With a family history in real estate spanning over 30+ years, we have a commitment to personalized service, and are dedicated to providing a seamless and stress-free experience for buyers and sellers in the Inland Empire and surrounding areas.

Born in Fontana and raised throughout the Inland Empire, Ryan saw where progress could be made in his own community from a young age. Throughout his childhood, Ryan was surrounded with members of his now Brokerage, H&R Realty Inc., and grew up as part of their family which made him subsequently around real estate all the time. Ryan attended Aquinas High School and understood for him to be a well-rounded leader, he needed to leave his community to grow. He left his home and went to San Francisco State University where he obtained his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management and, more importantly, found his passion for cooking and leading. While he was getting his degree he started to work in restaurants all around San Francisco and after college found his home at Lazy Dog. He started as a Sous Chef under Regional Culinary Director Ryan Barnett, and rose to the position of Executive Chef where he finished his cooking career in Dublin, California. He understood the importance of helping the people that needed it most in the community, and realized it was time to go back to his first home and make the impact he dreamed of. Upon his return and making a career change into real estate, he found his calling had never changed, and neither had his passion for helping his community. Family and community are at the forefront of his values, and these are embodied throughout his brokerage and the people he surrounds himself with. He prides himself with the unteachable; drive, passion and work ethic. These three aspects of himself along with his deep understanding of the hospitality industry and the amazing people working within it are just a few reasons Ryan is one of the preferred realtors in Southern California.

 

Born and raised throughout the San Fernando Valley, having gone to college in San Diego and now residing in Orange County, Amanda has extensive knowledge of Southern California. With over 18 years as a Full-time Realtor, she has been through every changing market and knows how to provide excellent service for her clients. She is a Top Producing agent who sells all over So Cal, as well as a Branch Manager for the prestigious, Warren Buffet owned, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Amanda started off working closely with Doctors and Practitioners in the medical field but soon realized her passion for helping people achieve their dreams of owning real estate. Amanda prides herself on her continuous desire to keep herself up to date with education and Real Estate Compliance so she can pass that on through her customer service. She has also earned Designations as a Certified Military Relocation Specialist to better serve her Military family and clients, and a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist to help protect the senior community.
