I joined the Paramount Residential Mortgage Group with over 30 years’ experience. I began my career in retail mortgage banking as a loan officer and quickly became a partner within the firm. I then moved into the TPO space and gained a vast amount of experience in Wholesale and Correspondent Lending. I bring a unique, results oriented perspective, having held both sales and operations leadership roles in various organizations. From business development and building high performing sales teams to working with executive leadership to develop strategic initiatives that contribute to the long-term success of an organization, I have demonstrated a proven level of success. I am hiring Correspondent AE’s in various markets east of the Mississippi River.
